Administration personnel behavior around altar
Before mass, on Saturday evening mass for the "Sunday Mass" of Palm Sunday, during the setting up of the altar, one individual woman who is a person who either volunteers or works in the adminsitration of the parish, regularly walks around barefoot (in socks without shoes), and walked around the altar is this fashion while setting up the altar for mass. I am unsure if this is problematic in any way according to Canon Law, Catechism and encyclicals, but seems like the Pastor should be setting standards of conduct that isn't, say "strange" like this. This was eye witnessed by the site owner.

Performative and Theatrical music and lights during Christmas evening mass
Pastor of the parish had lights dimming and brightening during parts of the mass. Before mass he sang a revised version of a secular song 'Halleluja' with rewritten lyrics about the nativity. Granted this is not during mass, but still this and the lighting changes is in direct opposition of what Pope Benedict XVI declared about music and lights needing to be reverent.
